Kronos Hosting: Refers to the hosting services provided by Kronos Hosting, utilizing reseller hosting services from 20i.
Client: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing hosting services from Kronos Hosting.
Third-Party Provider: Refers to 20i, the infrastructure and service provider for Kronos Hosting.
2. Services Provided
Kronos Hosting provides:
Shared hosting, reseller hosting, and related web hosting services.
Features and specifications as described in the selected hosting package.
3. Account Setup and Management
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Kronos Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or 20i’s policies.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments must be made in full before services are activated or renewed.
Kronos Hosting accepts payment through Stripe or Kronos Hosting Balance.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under the applicable refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Clients agree to adhere to Kronos Hosting’s Acceptable Use Policy:
No illegal activities, including fraud, copyright infringement, or phishing.
No hosting of malicious content (e.g., malware, spam, viruses).
Activities must comply with 20i’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Kronos Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.
6. Data Security and Backups
Kronos Hosting uses 20i’s infrastructure to ensure data security.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Kronos Hosting and 20i are not liable for data loss or corruption.
7. Service Uptime and Maintenance
Kronos Hosting aims to provide a 98% uptime in line with 20i’s infrastructure capabilities.
Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may temporarily disrupt services.
Kronos Hosting is not liable for downtime caused by external factors.
8. Third-Party Provider Dependency
Kronos Hosting relies on 20i for hosting infrastructure and services.
Any disruptions or limitations caused by 20i’s systems are outside Kronos Hosting’s direct control.
9. Termination and Suspension
Kronos Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or abuse of services.
Clients may cancel their services by submitting a request via info@kronoshosting.net.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kronos Hosting is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for hosting services during the affected period.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kronos Hosting and its partners, including 20i, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of our services.
12. Modifications to Terms
Kronos Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
